   Raw milk intended for processing at the dairy factory of "Hadjiiski and family" is bought from first category farms located in the fertile Danube plain. All farms are constantly monitored by the enterprise and have qualified in accordance with the "Criteria for selection of supplier of raw milk". All have introduced GPP/GHP and have provided conditions for hygienic milk yield. Various bonus schemes have been developed and are applied for the suppliers of raw milk, aiming the further improvement of quality and hygiene of milk. The quality control of the milk is conducted every day by the drivers-receivers immediately, as well as at the laboratory of the factory.

   The additional raw supplies included in the production of the dairy products of the brand "Hadjiiski and family" are by world (CHR HANSEN, MULTIVAC, ALMER etc.) and national и manufacturers of supplies, food and packages for food. All suppliers of additional materials meet the "Criteria for selection of supplier of additional materials".

   The trade with the dairy products of the brand "Hadjiiski and family" has been entrusted to registered commercial shops with introduced systems for self-control and a firm commitment for keeping the quality, safety and  reputation of the dairy products of the brand "Hadjiiski and family".
